Where your order ships from

Most of our range ships from a warehouse in the United States. Where an item ships from somewhere else, we say so on its product page — we won't quote you a domestic delivery time on something crossing an ocean.

How long it takes

Processing: usually 1–3 business days. One honest exception: when we first start stocking a product, the very first orders occasionally take longer while the supplier spins it up. If that affects your order we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

Delivery: for US addresses, expect roughly 8 business days from order to doorstep, processing included.

Elsewhere: international delivery takes longer and varies by destination. Your checkout will show what's available for your address.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within a day or two of that email, check your spam folder before assuming something's wrong.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout, before you pay. No surprises added afterwards.

When something goes sideways

Carriers have bad days. If your tracking hasn't updated in about a week, or your delivery estimate has come and gone, email awsahmed68@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
