About Rufflio

Rufflio is a small online shop for people whose pets have quietly taken over the house.

We stock two kinds of things. Pet gear — the bowls, blankets, carriers and grooming tools that get used every single day. And home items chosen specifically for households with animals in them: hair removers, washable covers, the storage that stops toys colonising the living room floor.

What we are, plainly

We don't manufacture anything ourselves, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We source from established suppliers with warehouses in the United States. That's a deliberate choice: it means your order ships domestically and lands in about a week, rather than spending a month in transit from overseas. We'd rather carry fewer products and have them actually turn up.

What we do put work into is picking things worth owning, describing them accurately — including what they're not good for — and answering your email when something goes wrong.
